Your trip to paradise is an ideal opportunity to unite your mind, body, and spirit. Our wellness options at Banyan Bay Suites include meaningful experiences like ‘over the water’ yoga and mat Pilates. Led by the amazing Jenna, this one-hour session on our dock facility is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7am-8am (yoga) and 8am-9am (pilates). Wake up in the morning with sun salutations, fun sequencing and deep relaxation exercises that improve muscle tone, balance, and posture.
Water Aerobics | Splish, splash and get your workout in!
Take full advantage of our tropical setting and whip your entire core in motion with this aqua fitness class in our 3-tiered pool Tuesday & Thursday mornings (11:30am-12: 15 pm). The class is led by a certified instructor, Svetlana Estefan, and is designed for all ages and fitness levels to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Paint & Sip | Creative painting with a twist.
Held Fridays from 4pm-6pm at Pier 366, this class combines your love for wine and love for the arts, all in one sit-down. Led by instructors of Belizean Melody Art Gallery, classes are kept focused on a design for the day. Our on-site sailing center makes your vacation a little more pleasurable with its complementary usage of paddleboards and ocean kayaks for all of our guests. The shop
